                    QRT-100 is designed for raw / unsealed timbers. It passively impregnates /soaks into the timber

                    creating a deep seated, intumescent based, fire retardant treatment. The QRT-10 Top Seal is

                    applied (one coat) over the Fire retardant coatings proving protection against moisture and

                    water impact.

                    The QRT-100 system can be top coated with most quality acrylic based clear or sold

                    colour top coat finishes.

        

                    Ideal for timber construction framing, especially structural wall and roof timbers for homes being

                    constructed where a fire rating is called for.

Orbit Board - Construction  Panel:
Orbit FR (9mm thick) is a strong, lightweight non-combustible building board for use in many fire resistant and general purpose applications.
Orbit board is fully tested and complies with the requirements of AS5601and is suitable for use in close vicinity to gas appliances such as domestic or commercial cooking /catering equipment, flues & chimneys, range hoods, and open flame barbeques for example.
Orbit board is also suitable for use in the upgrading of non fire rated walls and ceilings for interior and exterior applications including external walls, eves linings, internal wall linings suspended ceilings and more. Orbit FR is off-white in colour and has a smooth sanded surface on one face with a lightly textured reverse side. It is a calcium silicate board reinforced with selected fibres and fillers. It does not contain asbestos. This board is the most affordable and versatile fire resistant construction board ever offered to the Australian building industry. With high impact resistance, it is suitable for both interior and exterior applications Including external walls, eves linings, internal wall linings suspended ceilings and more.
