CHIPPENDALE BREWERY YARD
The Chippendale Brewery Yard
This heritage building was originally established in the early 1800’s to be a brewery in the heart of Sydney. Founded by John Tooth, Charles Newnham.
Tzannes and ICON would work together to overhaul the brewery yard into an office building while preserving and integrating the heritage of the Brewery into a contemporary design.
Ceasefire was contracted to apply fire protection to heritage steel within the building. Eight full floors of structural steel were sprayed within 15 weeks using over 1,400 bags of vermiculite.
