Goodman group commissioned builder BESIX Watpac to design and create a hybrid warehouse and office.
As part of the project
Ceasefire was approached and assigned to apply vermiculite to all structural steel within the warehouse. This project was completed in 20 weeks with over 70,000 pins applied, 3,000 square meters of mesh installed and 11,000 bags of vermiculite sprayed.
Given a tight deadline and many constraints to follow, Ceasefire would strategically send two teams during the day and night with both teams running daily to ensure we met tight deadlines.
