CAFCO 300 is a spray or trowel applied premix, based on vermiculite and gypsum. Steel structures protected with CAFCO 300 have undergone fire resistance tests up to 240 minutes in approved independent laboratories to recognised Australian standards AS 4100 and AS1530.4: 2014. Cafco 300 has been one of the most recognisable products across the Australian construction industry for decades, making it a reliable choice for builders, architects, and engineers alike with multiple fire tests and assessments specific to the Australian market. Cafco 300 is used to protect structural steel and ductwork and upgrade the fire resistance rating of walls and slabs. Approvals of up to 240 minutes on steel sections and 180 minutes for ductwork.

Cafco FENDOLITE MII is a spray applied vermiculite containing Portland cement. It may be floated or roller finished. Cafco FENDOLITE MII produces a monolithic coating able to withstand thermal shocks experienced typically in a high intensity hydrocarbon fire. Although low in density the product is highly durable and will not crack or spall under mechanical impact. Approved and tested for use on steel and concrete structures to achieve up to 240 minutes fire resistance. FENDOLITE MII is particularly useful where off-site application is required. It is suitable for external applications on structures and vessels in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries, and for refurbishment or upgrading of existing tunnel structures. Tested to Hydrocarbon, RWS, UL and other high intensity fire curves. Blast and Jet Fire Resistant.

Promat PSK 101 is a multipurpose water based synthetic latex emulsion for use as a sealer and key coat as a component of the Promat FENDOLITE- MII integrated fire protective coating system. Promat PSK 101 is suitable for on site or off-site application to construction elements such as steel or concrete sections and metal decks.

Product Data Sheet

Single pack, water based acrylic polymer for use as a water-vapour permeable topcoat with excellent adhesion. Applied by spray, roller or brush and applied over vermiculite and Portland cement-based fire-resistant coatings that protect steel and concrete substrates. Does not blister when used on these substrates. May also be used on masonry, brickwork and blockwork, whether dry or damp, and protects against ingress from salt spray, washdown water, chemical spills, rainfall and sprinkler deluge systems. It is flexible, flame retardant, mould resistant, and helps reduce the carbonation rate of cement-based products. Often used in combination with Cafco Fendolite MII vermiculite spray systems to provide an even more durable finish.
