Projects Details
The Lennox apartments are located in Parramatta near the historic Lennox Bridge and Church Street shopping precinct. It stands on the riverside as a new landmark for the emerging City of Parramatta.
As part of the project
The multi-storey building contains the largest automated parking system in the southern hemisphere, which posed a unique challenge during the project. We were contracted to fire spray all structural steel throughout multiple stages of construction. Due to the schedule of this assignment, we were able to present at short notice to keep this project on track.
The Lennox was named ‘Best International Project’ at the PCBC Gold Nugget Awards in San Francisco.
