In 2019, the Roselands Shopping Centre embarked on an extensive and ambitious redevelopment project aimed at completely revitalizing the aging complex. South village, kirrawee

The glasshouse, macquarie square

The Glasshouse is a 9-story commercial building boasting a total net lettable area of 38,500 square meters. Designed with a focus on natural light, it features a spacious central atrium that enhances its aesthetic appeal and functionality. In addition to office spaces, the building offers retail areas and ample car parking facilities. Built to prime-grade standards, it provides flexible workspaces tailored to modern business needs.

Goodmans axis alexandria

Axis Alexandria features 10 warehouses distributed across two levels, with unit sizes varying from 1,000 to 7,000 square metres. The Goodman Group engaged BESIX Watpac to design and construct an innovative hybrid space that seamlessly integrates warehouse and office facilities.

Canberra hospital expansion

The Canberra Hospital Expansion is the most significant health infrastructure project ever undertaken by the ACT Government. The development is being led by Multiplex, which has been appointed to oversee the construction of this landmark project.

Chippendale brewery yard

This heritage building was originally established in the early 1800’s to be a brewery in the heart of Sydney. Founded by John Tooth, Charles Newnham.

The Metro, Martin Place

The new Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station precinct includes the new Martin Place metro station, two new commercial buildings above the station, a retail space, new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.

Grace House

Constructed in 1914, Grace House is a nine-story heritage brick building located at 426 Kent Street, extending through to 279 Clarence Street. Initially built as a warehouse and later repurposed for commercial offices, the current development—already in progress—includes partial demolition of the internal structures and roof, the addition of four new stories, a new mezzanine level, and extensive internal restoration and refurbishment.

Gaden House, Double Bay

Gaden House is a seminal building designed by Sydney Architect; Neville Gruzman who was prominent in the 1960s, 1970s & 1980s. The objective for the project was to add an additional two floors above the existing three storey building without interfering with the integrity of Gruzman’s design.
